Our faculty and staff are the heartbeat of our school, bringing their passion,skill, and compassion to the children they serve every day.

As a result, WES students learn values, confidence, and compassion in the classroom and by interacting with members of the WES community at all levels.

The growth WES experienced over the last three years has introduced many new families to the school, creating an opportunity to further expand and strengthen the WES community and its values.

WES will leverage and enrich the connections and relationships that underpin our community, allowing the WES community to come together to learn, grow, and co-create in support of our mission.

Re-imagine the WES Parent Association to build engagement and connections, expand opportunities for parent education, and explore new ways to leverage the school/home partnership.
Explore new methods and media to optimize how WES communicates with parents.
Form strategic partnerships with community individuals and organizations, focusing on connections that align with WES’s Episcopal tradition and support community and programmatic needs.
