As we move forward and build on this success, we must steward our resources to accomplish the goals outlined in this strategic plan and lay the foundation for sustaining an excellent institution in the decades to come.

WES will leverage strong enrollment, a culture of giving, and stewardship of our resources to ensure a robust future for our school.

  • Identify and emphasize core value propositions and signature experiences throughout the PreK-8 student journey to differentiate WES from other local options and attract, enroll, and retain students who will thrive in and enrich our joyful, experience-based learning community.
  • Launch an ambitious capital campaign to grow the endowment, support capital improvements, and improve employee compensation.
  • Strengthen a culture of giving to ensure financial sustainability and enhance our educational programs.
